Shipping & Returns Policy
Orders Via Website: £4.50 charge for orders under £100 value.
Carriage is free for orders valued above this threshold.
Every attempt is made to deliver by the next working day, for all orders received no later than 4.00pm.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to provide this level of service for those of our Customers in more remote regions or islands of the United Kingdom and Ireland, where an up to three-day delivery service generally prevails. Equally, due to erratic daily demands during peak season, we may not always be able to maintain our levels of service but rest assured of our commitment to despatch as quickly as possible.
Customer orders are accompanied by paperwork/Vat Invoice which details the contents in full, enabling Customers to check orders upon receipt. The items detailed on the Invoice will be the items Customers are charged for.
Delivery will be made by our appointed carriers or by post. Every reasonable effort will be made to execute orders in one consignment. In the event of incomplete availability, subsequent deliveries will be shipped carriage paid.
We want you to be totally satisfied with every purchase you make from Corby Kawasaki Centre Ltd. It is our aim to offer you value and quality. Goods supplied by Corby Kawasaki Centre Ltd have manufacturers warranties which vary in duration and extent. We will provide details of warranties relating to individual products on request.
Manufacturer guarantees promoted on the website are in addition to our obligations with respect to your statutory rights, which of course remain unaffected.
Consumer Contracts Regulations
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have a cooling off period of 14 working days from the day after delivery of goods. This is an unconditional right to cancel the contract/order for these items. You must inform us by telephoning 01536 4010 or emailing email@example.com quoting your order number and stating your intention to cancel your order. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods. For faulty or damaged goods you have up to 30 days from the day after receiving them.
You will then be required to return such goods, complete with original packaging and in an unused and re-saleable condition at your own cost (Unless in the unlikely event that you receive incorrect, faulty or damaged goods) to:

Alternatively, upon your request we can arrange for the collection of the goods, complete with packaging and in an unused and re-saleable condition, from the address specified and shall deduct the cost of this from the cost of your refund.
The customer is responsible for the condition and safekeeping of all goods until collected by us, or, if the customer returns the item to us by their own chosen means, until it reaches us no refund will be issued.
A refund will be issued within 7 days of cancellation.
This does not apply to items personalised or made to your specification; or vehicles registered in your name; or items of safety equipment such as helmets. Any Electrical goods or special order are non refundable unless proven to be faulty.
